Product Engineer

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Work together with the Software Engineering team to plan, implement, test and release Product Enhancement & Upgrade Sprints

  • Track and follow up with software production issues. Compile issue areas and present to the team.

  • Manage Product Releases

    • Ensure Product Design Specifications is updated with the latest enhancements

    • Track and follow up on product features development

    • Discuss with the Software Engineering Team to prioritize User Stories

    • Understand Customer Requirements, document and discuss with the Team

    • Manage product new features release including schedule, and costs based on their relationship to business goals, company policies and cloud architecture, security constraints

  • Track and report the status of product enhancement and upgrades to Management

  • Ensure company’s contractual obligations are met on the Product Deliverables

 

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science/Engineering

  2. Resident of Singapore

  3. Proficient in English (both handwritten and oral)

  4. Experience with Enterprise Software SDLC for more than 3 years

  5. Competent with Technical Documentation

  6. Experience with SAAS Products would be advantageous

Data Analytics Solution Sales Consultant

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Open new leads and drive strategic analytics solution to enterprise customers

  • Understand and define customer's problem clearly

  • Discuss with the team on the technical solution

  • Consolidate cost sheet

  • Prepare and Pitch Solution proposal

  • Drive engagement with customer till sale closure

  • Ensure solution and business objectives are met after implementation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years Enterprise Sales Record

  • Experience in Data Analytics

  • Customer management leadership skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills 

  • A competent individual who can work under his/her own direction towards agreed targets/goals

  • Proficient in English (Written & Oral)

  • Knowledge in Microsoft PowerBI would be advantageous
